FULL BODY WORKOUT | AT HOME| NO EQUIPMENT | Rowan Row

Hey guys, super excited to share with you all this full body workout that can be completed at home with no gym equipment required at all. All I am using is a bag pack full of weights and a box that can be easily replaced with a chair.
If you a beginner you don’t have to use the weighted bag pack just to mention that.

Really excited to see how you guys finding this workout. Any suggestions please do comment below so I can improve for future videos.

Exercises:

1. Jump squat x2
2. Alternate lunges x2

3. Regular pushups x2
4. Outer inner pushups x2

5. Half burpees x2
6. Mountain climbers x2

7. Elevated pushups x2
8. Shoulder taps x2

9. Leg pushes x2
10. Bicycle kicks x2

30 seconds into the exercise and 15 seconds break in between.
