Sydneysiders warned to stay away from CBD on Boxing Day | ABC News

NSW has recorded seven new local COVID-19 cases as people continue to come forward in record numbers for testing.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian said were there more than 69,800 tests recorded in the 24 hours to 8:00pm last night — the state's highest number yet.

Ms Berejiklian said there were still concerns about "potential spread through the CBD" following emerging cases outside of the northern beaches.
