Lately our neighbors downstairs has been causing more problems lately with my parents in law. There has been tension months before we arrival, and now the issue has escalated further. My father-in-law explains how an small issue has built up over the months and now has become bigger than what it is. We hope that the neighbors downstairs can compromise and be more understanding of the community rules and not of their own regulations upon other tenants. This has resulting in why we did a getaway for my parents previously for a small break over the weekend to be away from the home.
