Audioscape D-Comp on Kick & SnareRoom Mics! #mixingtechniques

Today’s video features the Audioscape D-Comp compressor on snare drum and kick drum room mics. This compressor does an amazing job at bringing out a ton of power and impact in this mix. The settings are: in compression mode, side chain off, attack slow, release fast, doing about 10 DB of reduction. This drum mix is then being summed through the RND 5059 summing mixer.
