Bill has been involved in property since 1974. He started with renovations, buying homes, living in them, making improvements, and later selling them. Back then, it was all about wallpaper—he would usually just remove it and paint. His father often handled the landscaping. Over the years, our approach evolved, and now we prefer to strip properties down and completely rebuild them, making them brand new. Bill earned his builder’s license in 1986, and since then, you name it, he’s done it!

I discovered my passion for property after moving to Australia. My first venture involved purchasing and renovating a house with my former partner, which, despite limited knowledge, turned a profit. Meeting Bill was a turning point; his extensive experience—from single homes to large-scale developments—and our shared enthusiasm made property development both fun and rewarding. One of our early collaborations was building six townhouses on a single block of land. Since then, we’ve completed over 20 exciting projects together, ranging from small renovations to large developments. Lately, we’ve especially enjoyed building and renovating luxury homes.

We’re here to share our journey, the lessons we learn, and the joy we find in transforming properties. The reason we decided to start this YouTube channel is to showcase our previous projects for friends, family, and potential partners, as well as to create a centralised library for all our content. Previously, we shared updates in various development and renovation groups, but this channel now brings everything together in one place.
