In this video I'm going to go over some tips on how to improve timing on the guitar and how to improve your overall timing. The biggest issue students have with strumming the guitar tends to be the ups strums, not the down strums. This is usually due to muscle tension in the strumming hand.

So I will discuss a few things to keep in mind when you are learning how to improve your up strums and timing on guitar.
