The Quail Crossing Ranch in Hondo, Texas was a beautiful spot for this event because the place had everything we needed. The community showed out to support us and help us raise money for the Medina County First Responders. All of the teams worked hard to put on the best show, and they nailed it. As Al Frugoni would say, “Open Fire isn’t just a way of cooking, it’s a way of life!”
