Should You Use Regression in Therapy?

Using regression in therapy - taking your client back to the past - isn't always the right approach. Simply forcing clients to relive past trauma may not begin to solve the client's problem, and often there is more work to be done.

In this video I'll explain why, and I'll give you 4 vital things to understand about regression therapy and using it the right way with your clients.
