Join me for this energising Standing Pilates workout using light hand weights. We'll work through a series of controlled movements designed to strengthen the arms, legs, glutes, core and upper body while improving balance and mobility.

This session is ideal for anyone who prefers to stay standing, wants to improve functional fitness, or is looking for a low impact workout that still challenges the whole body.

In this workout you'll:

✔ Improve balance and coordination
✔ Tone legs and glutes
✔ Challenge your core muscles
