Bosch Aquastar Tankless Water Heater Preventative Maintence -PM (Pt 1 of 2)

This is part 1 of a 2 part video. I was having some problems with my tankless water heater at the homestead. After trying to troubleshoot using the owners manual, I called the Bosch Customer Service line and spoke with a very knowledgeable Tech Agent. He was able to tell me the steps I needed to complete and perform a PM or Preventative Maintenance on my unit. Also, I learned about the isolation valves that were not listed or discussed in my owners manual. After purchasing and installing them, I can now flush/ clean out my unit and remove scale deposits which can cause flow problems in your unit. After completing this PM, I have had no known issues with my hot water system and usage and everything seems to be back to normal.
