My mom officially started her 140-pound weight loss journey. ❤️

Last week, she told everyone she was thinking about starting. This week, she made the decision to begin.

At 288 pounds, we’re not focused on perfection. We’re focused on building simple habits that she can stick to long term.

For Week 1, her goals are:

✅ Drink 3–4 bottles of water each day
✅ Walk at least 10 minutes
✅ Complete 3–4 walks this week
✅ Focus on consistency, not perfection

Every big transformation starts with a single step, and this is hers.
