Scalloped potatoes are such a simple side dish to make and taste so good! Full of cheesy goodness and also considered as au gratin potatoes.

📌INGREDIENTS:
◾️6-7 medium gold potatoes
◾️2 tbsp unsalted butter
◾️2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️2 cups heavy whipping cream
◾️2 green onions, sliced
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️1/4 tsp pepper
◾️8oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
◾️1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 min or until potatoes are cooked through
