Taxi Driver on a mobile phone, Mobile phone use Rant and Pigeons

I burst into a rant about the double standards for drivers caught using mobile phones and bikers thrown in jail for speeding and then see a Taxi driver driving no handed while on the phone. Oh and pigeon phobia.
Research shows that driving and using a mobile is as bad as drink driving (unless you've drunk shed loads obviously), the penalties should reflect this. These twats are killing people.
