This door frame is definitely ready to rumble! 🚪💥

While checking out the laundry and mechanical room, our inspector found a door frame that was a little too flexible. In fact, the frame for both doors is barely attached to the floor at all!

Every time you open or close the doors to access the water heater or HVAC system, the entire structure rattles and wobbles out of place.

Why is this an issue?
