Sarawakians have been innovative in crafting their traditional expertise in beading to suit today's trends. From gifts to accessories – the beads are used in many different ways. While visiting the School Across the River (our previous episode), we noticed mothers doing beadwork while waiting for their children to finish school so we had a chat with one of them to find out more about this Sarawakian heritage.
