Quarantine Life: How I Work Out at Home | Everyday Kath

As you all know, since the quarantine began, I've been keeping myself busy by working out. But this time around, I pushed myself further with a 3-day fitness challenge! I asked three different trainors to guide me virtually (Thank you Janie, Ga, and Mama Kat!), and they also revealed some workout tips for everyone. :)

DAY 1
Panther Plank to Pike Combo
Forearm Plank to Pike
Kneeling Inner Thighs
Side Leg Press with Footstrap
Curtsey Lunge
Mini Twister
X-Lunge
Mermaid Twist
Super One Sided Panther
Power Lunge
Side Leg Press with Footstrap
Curtsey Lunge
Snake
Side Plank
Seated Triceps Extension
Standing Triceps Kickback
Burpees

DAY 2
3 rounds:
Leg Raises (30 reps)
Reverse Crunch (30 reps)
Bicycles (30 reps)
Russian Twist (30 reps)
Flutter Kicks (30 reps)
Reach Sit-ups (30 reps)

DAY 3
Jack Knives (15 reps - with/without dumbells)
Oblique Crushers (15 reps - left and right)
Plank Rows (15 reps)
Froggies Sit-ups (15 reps)
Leg Raise (15 reps)
