During the northern hemisphere summer of 1990 the bright, chic living room style NBC Today set, in use since 1985, was dismantled and partly re-assembled upstairs at 30 Rock in studio 8H. When Bryant and Deborah returned "home" to studio 3B on September 10 1990, the living room had been replaced with a modern, intricately decorated glass, tile and wood set.
