langurs Sloppy Habits Help Deer
At he end of India's dry season, forage is limited and dried out but deer have learned to feed on the green leaves and fruits that fall down from the Sal trees as Langur Monkeys feed in the tree tops. As they break branches and feed, a rain of leaves falls to the ground, which the deer find very tasty as they wait for the monsoons and their normal diet.
