Slow Cooker (Crock Pot) POT ROAST | Margot Brown

This tutorial shows you how to make an easy and delicious crock pot pot roast! It's one of my favorites for comfort food and is packed with tons of flavor. Ingredients listed below.

***I cooked on low for about 7.5-8 hrs!
***I forgot to mention- for the beef broth, use enough to cover half way up the meat. I used a little over 2 cups.***

Ingredients:
Approx. 2 LB chuck roast
Olive Oil
Beef broth
1/3- 1/4 large onion cut in large pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Lowry's Seasoned Salt
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Ground Red Pepper
Corn Starch
