UPDATE: We have since discovered that a hole saw works better for removing the stop. Just get one that is about the same size as the outer diameter as the pipe.
How to go from a tank type double wall B-vent to a PVC vent pipe for a Tankless water heater without changing the flashing on the roof. This limits your liability for roof damage & the possibility for leaks.
