I Didn't Know What Time It Was. Barbra Streisand & Frank Sinatra ( version swing)
A classic Rodgers and Hart showtune from the late 1930s. It was included in the 1957 Frank Sinatra film PAL JOEY. even though it was not from that musical. Nelson Riddle's arrangement included two styles. A very slow ballad-like intro followed by an uptempo-swing in the second half.
I always wondered if Sinatra ever recorded this song as a ballad during his Columbia years.
