1930s Santa Fe Diesel-Electric M160 Doodlebug 1995

Former Santa Fe Diesel-Electric Doodlebug M160  briefly escaped captivity in July 1995 to attend the City Of Garland (Texas)  Star-Spangled 4th of July celebration.  The M160, powered only on one truck, struggled  to summit the incline on the interchange track  between the former Texas & Pacific tracks  with those of the Gulf Colorado & Santa Fe.  The tracks shown are long gone either pulled up or replaced by Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
