Make sure y’all aren’t skipping leg day!! I know when I first started working out, I only hit legs like once every 3 weeks (if that😂). Now, I hit legs 2 times a week and it’s my favorite day of the week. Trust me, hit them legs HARD and you will not regret it. Such a love hate relationship with legs, but it’s so rewarding and I feel so accomplished after a solid leg day.

Make sure to prioritize those compound movements‼️ Some of the best compound lifts for legs: squats, lunges, bulgarian split squats, romanian dead lifts, etc. These are the movements that will make the most impact. However, make sure to sprinkle in some isolated movements as well, as a good balance between the two are the way to go!
