एक पटक चटपटे येसरी बनाएर हेर्नुस अरु सबैको स्वाद बिर्सनु हुनेछ!!
Nepali street style Chatpate Recipe
A handful chana (soaked for 5-6 hours)
A handful dried green peas (soaked for 5-6 hours)
We need chopped onion
Chopped tomato
Chopped cucumber (optional)
Chopped daikon radish (optional)
1 medium size boiled potatoes
Chopped green chilies and coriander leaves
Add a handful roasted peanuts
1 packet instant noodles
Handful dalmoth mixture
1 tsp cumin seeds and 5-6 dried chilies (roasted and grind them)
Add 1 tsp black salt
Regular salt as per the taste
You can substitute black salt with chaat masala
1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
Add 1 lemon or lime juice
Add the masala from instant noodles
Add 1 boiled and blended tomato
If you like dry chatpate, then avoid adding tomato puree
Mix it well
Add 1 spoon mustard oil (it will enhance the taste)
Finally add puffed rice (muri)
Adding puffed rice at end will keep the crispiness
Mix it again
