How To Collect Olives From The Trees. It's a massive job here in our old Turkish village.

Every two years the village is buzzing with activity. It's winter, and olive time. Day in day out a small army of people go up into the mountains to harvest their olives by hand, to make it into high quality cold press olive oil. All part of Turkish village life.
