Couscous with vegetables

Shopping list:
Veggies/Plant-based: Seasonings: Oils:
- 1 leek or green onion - Gochujang -Coconut
- 8 garlic cloves - Chili flakes -Avocado
- 3 onions -Ground turmeric
- 1 can coconut milk - Curry powder
- 1 jar tomato sauce - Black pepper
- 1 small cabbage - Chicken bouillon powder
- 3 carrots
- 2 bell peppers

Proteins: Carbs: Dairy
- 2 eggs - Basmati rice - Butter
- 1 chicken breast - Couscous
- 2 cans chickpeas -Sweet white rice

The breakfast feeds one person. The lunch and dinner were enough to feed my family of four (two adults and two small children).
