'This is what happens in homes': Joe Biden 'interviews himself' at press conference
US President Joe Biden appeared to be interviewing himself at a press conference after he went off on a tangent talking about "god knows what," according to The Daily Telegraph's Tim Blair.
Mr Blair said the President was asked a yes-or-no question on school closures and its effect on the midterms.
He said Mr Biden then went on for three or four minutes talking about the state of television talk shows in the United States and the like.
"He was interviewing himself – this is what happens in homes," Mr Blair told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
