Remember, your client is getting tons of messages every day

So if they want to find a past message, they’re going to type something they remember into their app’s search bar. It might not even be your name. Maybe it’s your company name.

But if your message history with them looks like this, they can’t search. All of these look the same.

So remember when you text your lead, you’re also giving them a record that they can revisit later.

It’s fast, it’s easy, and you’re more likely to win – not lose – that sale.

So is it ever appropriate to voice message your lead?
