"A Slice of Rainbow" - the monthly special for March at Superfood Sushi

In honour of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival, the monthly special roll at Superfood Sushi was "A Slice of Rainbow".

Red = Tomato
Orange = Sweet Potato
Yellow = Capsicum
Green = Avocado
Violet = Beetroot-stained daikon

"A Slice of Rainbow" was also the central feature in Pepe Marshall's cooking presentation at the recent Sydney Vegan Festival - with MC Pony helping out with the demo and also premiering her new track "Vegan Sushi (Nori wRap)" - coming soon with another sushi-related video, so watch out for that one too!!
