Hola hoy te comparto esta receta muy fácil,económica para hacer galletas de maíz. Polvorones de maiz una delicia!!!

Ingredientes:

250 gramos de harina todo uso de trigo.= 2 tazas
250 gramos de harina de maíz= 2.1/4 de taza
150 gramos azúcar =2/3 de taza
300 gramos de manteca vegetal =1.3/4
1 huevo
2 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
Pizca de sal

Azúcar y canela para espolvorear.
Hornear hasta q se vean cafe dorado.
Hornear a375 grados fahrenheit.
190 grados centígrados
