Step 2: Heat oil in the pot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Step 3: Add steamed pulses and basic spices like red chili powder, salt, and turmeric.

Step 4: Top it with:

- Sweet potatoes
- Curd
- Green chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- Coriander leaves
- Pomegranate
