Mesh hat crochet

Yarn and hook: 20 gr of sport cotton yarn, and a 3 mm (UK 11/ US D/3) hook.
Also needed: long tapestry needle, regular tapestry needle for weaving ends, and scissors.

Stitches: chain (ch), stitch (st), skip (sk), slip stitch (sl st), double crochet (dc). American terminology used.
Gauge: 4 cm / 1.57” of circle diameter including foundation and rnd 2.
Measurements: in 25 cm/ 9.84” width at the widest point, and 15.5 cm/ 6.10 in length.
