Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep” — a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully relax while the mind is guided softly. This practice helps release stored stress, calm the nervous system, and support deep restoration without effort.

You do not need to do anything perfectly. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.
