Your drawing stack might be out of order-and you may not even realize it.

In this clip, we look at how the Renumber Documents command automatically reorganizes drawing numbers based on the current order of the drawings.

Instead of manually updating every drawing reference, the system evaluates the drawing stack and applies the correct numbering based on the drawing marking system.

This makes it easier to:
• Maintain consistent drawing numbering
• Add new drawings without breaking the sequence
• Keep project templates organized
• Avoid manual renumbering errors

When new drawing titles are added and the project template is saved again, the numbering structure updates and the drawings are ready for the next project population.
