Spyra 2 Blew Up

Spyra team told me yellowish oil liquid would go away,after more use. Well it didn't and i finally got my money refunded.
Finally got it replaced and the new one doesn't work properly either.
It shoots a yellowish oil liquid and also have problems with the electronics.(see other video)
Keep getting error E1(spyra doesn't work at all) and the auto shutoff doesn't work.
Waited a long time for Spyra 2. Only had it for 4.5 weeks.And just blew up yesterday. Went to fill it up and a big bang from inside the water gun. Water leaked every where.Doesn't work anymore. Really disappointed, considering the cost $275 cdn.
And customer service is slow in replying and have no 1-8000 number for any kinda of proper assistance.
