Warren PA, Roundabout Construction

In this video we are looking at the progress of the long awaited roundabout construction in the heart of Warren Pennsylvania. This project was in the works for over 10 years and construction only took a little under 8 months. Now there is lots of controversy about this traffic circle, many like it and many don't. so please be respectful to each other in the comments.
