We recently had DGB’s very own Spitty Will bless the porch to share his story! During our sit down he spoke on stepping in front of the camera, growing up in Milwaukee, the culture in Milwaukee, jumping off the porch, playing football in high school, going to college at University of Minnesota, being inspired to go to college because of Russell Simmons, starting to DJing & throwing parties at college, discovering his love for writing which lead to him writing for a music website, moving to LA after college, writing for The Source, shares a story with Tech N9ne, writing part of the cover story for the ‘Don’t Mess With Texas’ article, shares a story of having an internship at Joran brand where h sent Pimp C a pair of Jordans, getting his first label job at Geffen at 2006, pitching the importance of content for artists, his experience working with Snoop Dogg, getting let go from Geffen, getting hired by Warner Bros where he worked with E-40, moving to New York to work at Def Jam, explains how he connected with DGB founder Ziploc, his experience first time meeting Zip in Dallas, shares the story of discovering Soulja Boy before he was signed, started with marketing company Supreme Marketing, working with Jeezy’s 8732 clothing brand, working with Future, explains how he came up with Off The Porch, shooting the first episode with Young Dolph, building the new porch at Space 620, starting to do the interviews in the past 2 years, and much more!
