Sand like Life

What my eyes searching with wonder and anticipation
I step and smell the sweet-hard texture of the sand
Thoughts, dreams and desires surround me
From a distance I look, clearer to see
Touching, counting and breathing
I desire to study
Everything, about the grains of the Universe
The exquisite and terrifying
To be futility?
To be just bystanders?
I long to know everything
To taste every grain

Blurry and unanswerable, nothing to be left

I have been taught since Ages ago
The motionless dance of the sand
Her mystic charm
Her immensity, in ecstasy sinks me
How wonderfully incomprehensible
How excitingly fleeting
Where no touch, imprisons her
And I lean upon in a gesture of total acceptance
As on something cherished and precious
Life and Sand. Ephemeral and Eternal.
As it is. As it must be. Now that I know, I am in Peace.
