Day 12 is a resistance bands workout.
40/20 seconds work rest ratio
Each exerise is carried out twice through

Side plank/tricep curl right
Side plank/tricep curl left
Flamingo Flies (we invented that one) both sides
Pop jump with star jump legs
Donkey kick right
Donkey kick left
