This video is an in depth review of everything I do to grow my hair long and strong and fix my hair from hard water damage, heat damage, and color damage. Because I have blonde hair, I bleach my hair a few times a year which is very damaging to the hair. I also live in an apartment with no water softener, so the hard water damages and dries out my hair leading to breakage and brassiness. I talk through all of the things I did on my hair growth journey to heal my hair damage like, strengthening and hydrating shampoos and conditioner sets (Pureology, Olaplex, Function of Beauty), lengthening and strengthening Hair Oils (The Ordinary Marula Oil & The Ordinary Moroccan Oil), hydrating and repairing Hair Masks (Kristen Ess Fragrance Free, Function of Beauty), and a lot of miscellaneous tips and tricks that helped protect my hair from split ends, breakage, and damage like microfiber towels, the wet brush, sleeping in scrunchies, hard water shower filters & sleeping on satin pillow cases.
