Three level HLM model adding fixed Level 2 and 3 predictors of variation in intercepts

This demonstration is the third of several on three-level multilevel models. With adaptation, it comes from the presentation in Chapter 4 of Heck et al. (2014). This video specifically focuses on testing a model that adds fixed level 2 and 3 predictors of variation in intercepts (along with the previous fixed level 1 predictor).
