A new model for youth athletic development is taking shape in Sydney.

Mentoring the Elite is positioning itself at the forefront of high-performance youth sport, combining sports science, wellbeing and education within a purpose-built Centre of Excellence designed for athletes aged 11–19.

Founded by former NRL player and performance coach Ryan Comerford, the organisation aims to bridge the gap between community sport and the elite professional environments typically only available to established athletes.
