Drinking a Kokanee Beer on the Kokanee Glacier | Incredible Hike | Destination Adventure

This adventure has been on the back burner for nearly a decade, and I am soooo excited to finally pull it off. Once I learned that the glacier on the Kokanee beer can was located in the Kootenays of BC, I knew I had to drink one on the glacier its self. I tried to get up there a few weeks ago, but the motorhome couldnt get to the trailhead. A generous fan of the channel offered to rent me a car and get me to the trailhead. Let me tell you, this climb is not for the faint of heart. It is a gruelling 11 km grind to the top, and another 11 km back down. It is classified as a double black diamond, and I can confirm its aggression. If youre up for the challenge, the views are absolutely breath taking, and the beer is cold and refreshing.
