YELLOW GRAVY PREMIX
Ingredients:-
½ cup Cashew
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Turmeric
4 tsp Milk Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Ginger Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Dry Green Chiili Powder
¼ tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
Procedure:
In a pan take Cashew, Poppy Seeds and Jeera and dry roast the ingredients for 30 seconds. Add Kasuri Methi and Turmeric to the Roasted Ingredients and grind the ingredients well. Now add Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Kitchen King Masala, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Dry Green Chilli Powder, Cardamom Powder and Nutmeg Powder and grind all the ingredients well. Yellow gravy premix is ready. You can store in air tight container or in zip lock bag. It stays fresh in a refrigerator for 6 months and 3 months at room temperature.

1) Subz Diwani Handi
Ingredients:
½ Yellow Gravy Premix
1 cup Milk
½ Cup Water
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 Large Onion Chopped Finely
½ Capsicum (cut into long pieces)
Salt to Taste
1 cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Diced Cabbage
100 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
¼ cup Boiled Corn
¼ cup Cream

Method:
Take the Yellow Gravy Premix and add Milk and water and grind it in a
mixer. Now, take Butter and Oil in a pan and add Onion, Capsicum and salt
and let it cook. Now, add Tomatoes, Diced Cabbage and salt and cook again.
Add Paneer and boiled corn and let the ingredients cook together. Empty
the Vegetables in a bowl and now add the premix mixture to the pan and
allow it to cook for half a minute until thick. Add Cream to the Gravy and
mix well. Now add the Vegetables to the thick and rich gravy and mix all
together. Garnish the delicious Subz Diwani Handi and serve.
2) Khoya Kaju
Ingredients:
½ Yellow Gravy Premix
1 ½ cup Milk
3 tbsp Oil
150 gms Cashew
1 tsp Jeera
1 cup Grated Mawa
¼ cup Cream
100 gms Grated Paneer
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt to Taste

Method:
Take the Yellow Gravy Premix and add Milk to it and grind it well. Take a
pan and add Oil and Cashews to it and fry the Cashews till Golden-Brown.
Now, empty the Cashews in a bowl and add Jeera to the Oil and fry it. Now,
add the Yellow Gravy Premix mixture to the pan and let it cook until thick.
Now add Grated Mawa, Cream, Fried Cashews and Grated Paneer and mix
the ingredients well. Add Finely Chopped Coriander and Salt (if required)
and mix the ingredients well. Garnish the delicious Khoya Kaju with Paneer,
Fried Cashew and Finely Chopped Coriander and serve!
