DIY Carbon Cleaning Diesel Engine - Valves & Intake Manifold - NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED - BMW N47

In this video I go through the complete DIY step by step process of removing carbon soot build up on intake valves, cylinder head ports, intake manifold and intake throttle valve on a BMW F10 F11. This car has a major carbon / soot build up causing power loss. This video includes tips to avoid problems that can damage the engine or cause running issues. If you have a diesel car that is down in power, it could easily be caused by this!!

This is the second video on this vehicle, I have a step by step guided video on how to remove the intake manifold already posted on my channel - https://youtu.be/afJFTarh25w

One of the products used - P26 Diesel Foaming Intake Cleaner is a professional strength, workshop grade diesel fuel intake manifold and combustion chamber cleaner that effectively removes gum, sediment, varnish, sludge and carbon. There are loads of options to choose from that will be successful for you if you follow my steps.

If you have a BMW that is down in power, suffers from drivetrain faults or has no active turbo boost, I would recommend checking these items:
Vacuum solenoid valve, vacuum actuator valve, pressure converter solenoid EGR valve, Pressure converter, electro-pneumatic pressure transducer EPOW (turbo diverter valve) & Intake manifold for excessive carbon deposits.

Thanks to everyone who watches my videos, Likes, Shares and or leaves a comment. I appreciate everyone of you.
