Father drives straight into block of ice in the middle of the road

A father carrying his son on the back of a scooter came to a sudden halt after driving straight into a block of ice in the middle of the road. The chunk of ice had fallen from a scooter that had passed just moments earlier. While other scooter riders were able to see it clearly and avoid running over it, the father wasn't. The crash against the block of ice caused the father and son to fall over, sustaining minor injuries. Meanwhile, the ice carrier is facing claims for compensation and a fine for improperly secured goods.
