Z20LET Low Compression After Rebuild But Why??

This engine has been sitting on my engine stand for around 2 years and can often be spotted in the background of my previous videos. It was rebuilt by a garage in the Aberdeen area as far as I know and ran poorly once reinstalled to the car so the owner gave up with it and I bought it with the intentions of rebuilding it myself but never got around to it.

I thought I would film it in case anyone was interested but I suspect it may be a boring video to the viewer. I have made this part 1 as it is quite a long drawn out process.

Hopefully someone enjoys it and if not then I will know for the future.
