If you haven’t been to Slice House by Tony Gemignani, you are seriously missing out. Created by a 13-time World Pizza Champion, this spot serves up an incredible variety of styles, from New York and Detroit to Sicilian. (Pro tip: always add some spices and Tony’s hot chili oil! 🌶️)
Here’s everything we crushed:
* The Detroit-Style ROSA: My absolute favorite. Packed with mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh basil, and tomato sauce. The toppings are so rich and flavorful, and that crust is next-level crispy! 🤤
* The Texan (New York Style): Brisket and BBQ sauce on a pizza?! I’ve never had anything like it. It’s sweet, meaty, and a absolute dream for meat lovers. 🥩
* The Wise Guy: Loaded with pepperoni and Italian sausage. It’s classic, delicious, and so massive I literally had to fold it in half to take a bite. 📐
* The Tomato Pie: Simple yet unforgettable. The way the tomato sauce blends with garlic, mozzarella, and basil is pure perfection. ✨
Honestly, I can't even tell you how much I loved everything. Don't sleep on their meatballs, garlic bread, and pistachio cannoli either—they are worth every single calorie!
