Edge In vs Edge Out in Pakal or Ice Pick Grip is an intense debate in the Filipino Martial Arts or Knife Combatives world. Ive personally always been an Edge Out guy but ive never actually tested the pros and cons of the two on actual targets.
I decided it was time to fix that. With the help of my slightly scandalised partner, I set out to conduct a series of tests against various objects to see if I could once and for all solve the debate.
