Bridgewater Associates Founder Ray Dalio on reforming capitalism

Bridgewater Associates Founder Ray Dalio has made billions through the buying and selling of securities but he surprised many by saying capitalism is not working and that income inequality is a national emergency. Dalio says that one of the biggest problems facing America is the falling standards in public schools. He and his wife have pledged $100 million to Connecticut public schools. He and Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont join "Squawk Box" to discuss his comments and his donation.
